How To Initiate a Return
Fill out the Return Request Form on our site to start your return. Within 1 business day, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) email from our Customer Care team. Make sure your items are in original condition, tags and packaging intact. Detailed instructions will follow in your RA email.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Sale and clearance items are final sale, not eligible for return. Tva covers return shipping fees in India, but international customers are responsible for return shipping unless noted otherwise.
Return Processing & Refunds
After we receive your return at our warehouse, allow up to 10 business days for processing. If the returned items do not meet the required conditions, your return will be denied and the items sent back to you.
Upon approval, a refund is issued to your original payment method and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
