How To Initiate a Return
To start your return, email our Customer Care team at caretvaco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, item details, and the reason for return in your message.Within 1 business day, you’ll receive a response from our team with detailed return instructions.
Make sure your items are in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
TVA covers return shipping fees within India.
For international customers, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.
Return Processing & Refunds
After we receive your return at our warehouse, allow up to 10 business days for processing. If the returned items do not meet the required conditions, your return will be denied and the items sent back to you.
Upon approval, a refund is issued to your original payment method and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
